Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to allow maximum treatment time.
Headroom: Touch the intercom panel and select 2, Cedar Room. Take a seat in reception when you are let in.
Charlton: Maurice will let you in and show you to the waiting room.
Payment by card, bank transfer and also by cash if preferable, you may be asked to pay for your first appointment by bank transfer ahead of your appointment.
Appointment Cancellations:
Last minure cancellations (within 24 hours) may be charged for if the time cannot be reallocated. It is less likely to be able to do this at short notice.
