Please contact Maurice directly to book an appointment by text, email or just call, he’ll get back to you as soon as he can if unablable and will be pleased to discuss the suitability of any condition with you and try to see you as soon as possible.
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to allow maximum treatment time. There is reception and waiting area at Headroom but no reception in Charlton at his home clinic, therefore it may take a minute or so for him to show you to the waiting room.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer and also by cash if preferable.
You may be asked to pay for your first appointment by bank transfer ahead of your appointment.
Appointment Cancellations:
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason. As it is less likely to be able to re-book an appointment slot within 24 hours of a cancellation, the treatment cost will be charged for if the time cannot be reallocated.
